Can I use décor I already own?
Absolutely. Choose existing décor for any tree, or request a custom design that combines treasured pieces with new accents. Pre-designed packages are optional and appear only when you choose to explore them.
Does a date request reserve my installation?
A request lets Tammy review your preferred date and project. Installation dates are reserved after your signed agreement and labor retainer are confirmed. Your private request page shows the status and confirmed dates.
What is included in the quote?
Your plan separates installation labor, selected takedown, the $25 project hardware fee, and décor. Commercial 2026 rates provide a starting reference; home projects, future seasons, custom work, shipping, and tax are confirmed in your tailored proposal.
How do payments work?
The initial labor booking payment is 50% of labor, including selected takedown, plus the $25 hardware fee. Décor is paid before it is ordered. Payments and the final contract are arranged directly with Tammy.
Can I plan for next year or beyond?
Yes. The calendar opens August 1 through December 5 for each season and supports future years without an annual rebuild. January takedown is arranged separately.
